Jim Boehm Joins IAPD Board of Directors 

Overland Park, KS — The International Association of Plastics Distribution (IAPD) is pleased to announce that Covestro LLC Managing Director Jim Boehm has joined its Board of Directors.

Boehm has been with Covestro LLC since 1990, including 12 years in the company’s polycarbonates business unit. Prior to being named managing director in 2014, he was vice president of production and technology of polycarbonate at Covestro’s Baytown, TX, USA, location. Boehm holds a chemical engineering degree from The University of Toledo and an MBA from Xavier University.

“Jim brings an excellent perspective to IAPD’s Board of Directors and I am pleased to welcome him,” said IAPD CEO Susan Avery, CAE. “His experience in the polycarbonate manufacturing business coupled with his company’s dedication to distribution as the way to market will be an asset to IAPD’s leadership.”
