Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by October 16, 2023. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a US$100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after October 16, 2023. Please submit all requests to IAPD staff via email at
[email protected]. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
If the 2023 IAPD Convention is canceled by the hotel, state or local officials for reasons beyond our control, all registration fees will be refunded.
Transfers
If you are no longer able to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person for no additional fee.
Nonmember Companies
There is a significant cost savings on registration fees for IAPD members, so why not join IAPD and start saving right away?

Spouses/Companions
All spouses/companions are welcome to attend the business sessions, educational offerings and social events. Spouses/companions are delegates accompanying an IAPD member, EPDA member or nonmember plastics professional as a guest. If you work for an IAPD or EPDA member company or a nonmember company in the performance plastics industry, you
may not register as a spouse/companion and must identify yourself in the registration process as an
IAPD member,
EPDA member or nonmember.
