IAPD Convention delegates will receive a special room rate of US$249 per night for a single/double room. You must book your room by Thursday, October 1, 2020 to receive this special rate. After October 1, 2020 the room block will close and the room rate will increase to the going rate.

All hotel reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Any guaranteed reservation not canceled seven days prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.

Airports

Louisville International Airport (SDF) is located 5.9 miles from the hotel. Shuttle service is not provided. One way taxi/Uber fare is estimated at US$16.00

BEWARE OF TRAVEL AGENCY SCAMS

If anyone claiming to be associated with a travel agency and/or “convention housing” contacts you with an offer for a hotel room, do not provide them contact or payment information. This is a scam. Registration is not required prior to reserving a room. However, IAPD will be cross checking housing lists against registered attendees. Room reservations are subject to cancellation if not registered for the 64th Annual IAPD Convention by October 1, 2020.
