Web seminars are the convenient, quick, cost-effective choice for education, and IAPD is proud to offer this new learning opportunity.

Call for Sponsors

There are two types of web seminar sponsorships available:

$500 members; $1,000 nonmembers
These web seminars are held monthly.

These are the official monthly IAPD sponsored web seminars. IAPD will schedule the topics as well as provide the speakers, promotion, registration and web seminar facilitation. Speakers may or may not be from sponsoring company, although speakers will have the right of first refusal on sponsorship of all seminars. These web seminars are presented on IAPD-approved topics, and IAPD will promote the web seminar to members, nonmembers and the engineering community.
Sponsoring company will receive their company logo with a direct link to their web site on the
web seminar registration page and in e-mail promotions, as well as their logo on the opening
page of the web seminar
IAPD will provide the sponsoring company with a count of attendees by company. Specific
attendee information and contact information will not be provided.
If the sponsoring company is also presenting the web seminar, they will be subject to full IAPD editorial guidelines including use of generic plastic family names; trade names and product
promotion will not be allowed.

$1,500 members; $3,500 nonmembers
These web seminars are held as frequently as sponsors request.

Companies have the opportunity to present technical sales presentations to a specific audience
on its product/s. Company is responsible for providing the speaker. Speaker may or may not be from the sponsoring company; it is up to the sponsoring companies. IAPD will promote the web seminar to members, nonmembers and the engineering community through e-mails and its web site, noting the seminar as a company-sponsored web seminar. IAPD will also handle the registration and web seminar logistics. IAPD members and nonmembers are welcome to participate in the web seminar.
Sponsoring company will receive their company logo with a direct link to their web site on the web seminar registration page and in e-mail promotions. They are also free to use their logo and trade names as they wish throughout their presentation.
IAPD will provide the sponsoring company with a list of registrants’ names, company names and addresses.
Speaker is subject to IAPD editorial guidelines, although companies are allowed to use trade names in promotion of its specific products and materials.
