New IAPD Plastics Expo to Focus on Educating Engineers, Others

The International Association of Plastics Distribution (www.iapd.org) introduces the 2010 IAPD Plastics Expo, September 23, 2010, at the Indianapolis Convention Center. It is the only show in North America promoting plastic stock shapes, fabricated parts, pipe, valves and fittings.

The IAPD Plastics Expo will feature educational sessions specifically designed for engineers on plastics materials, applications and sustainability. Additionally numerous plastics manufacturers and distributors will showcase semi-finished stock shapes, finished components, parts and pipes, valves, and fittings, and equipment.  The industries served by these exhibitors include:

• Water/waste water
• Medical/pharmaceutical
• Food/beverage processing
• Fluid handling
