IAPD Welcomes Stephen Garmon to Board of Directors

OVERLAND PARK, KS - The International Association of Plastics Distribution (IAPD), the international trade association comprised of companies engaged in the distribution and manufacturing of performance plastics, is pleased to announce that Stephen Garmon of Primex Plastics Corporation has been approved via an electronic vote of the membership to serve a two year term on the IAPD Board of Directors beginning November 5, 2020.

Garmon has been with Primex Plastics Corporate since 2019 as the national distribution manager. Prior to Primex, he worked for Evonik Cyro, LLC for 10 years in roles including distribution channel management, North American sign segment manager and territory manager. Garmon holds degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Georgia State University and an MBA from Mercer University.

“Stephen brings an excellent perspective to IAPD’s Board of Directors and I am pleased to welcome him,” said IAPD CEO Susan Avery, CAE. “His experience in the industry coupled with his company’s dedication to distribution as the way to market will be an asset to IAPD’s leadership.”
